Chairman Emeritus  - Francis B. LaFramboise
established the company in 1955 and supervised the drilling of nearly 20,000 water wells in his 30 year career. He was named to the first statewide board that regulated well drilling in Connecticut by then Governor John Dempsey in 1969 and served as its chairman. Now retired, he remains a key advisor on technical, financial and operational issues.

President  - Paul LaFramboise
purchased the business from his father in 1984 and has guided the company's growth and diversification into one of the largest water supply and environmental drilling firms in the northeast. He is certified by the National Groundwater Association (NGWA) and holds well drilling contractor licenses in six states.

Executive Vice President  - Earl Semmelrock
serves as general operations manager. He has been a company employee since 1981 and handles water supply wells and pumping system sales for all of eastern Connecticut. He is NGWA-certifies and licensed in water supply well drilling and monitoring well construction by the State of Connecticut. He is also an officer of the Connecticut Water Well Association.

Vice President of Drilling  - Joseph Michaud
is widely respected as one of the most knowledgeable drill rig operators in the industry for over 20 years. He serves as field operations supervisor for many of the company's environmental and geotechnical projects. He is NGWA-certified and licensed by the state of Connecticut as a Master Driller..

Project Manager - Michael King
is a Senior Engineering Technician with vast experience in water well, environmental and foundation drilling gained in 28 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has supervised hundreds of military construction projects worldwide and manages the company's environmental/geotechnical drilling division

Supervisor - Albert Marcoux
is a LaFramboise employee since 1981. He has spent 17 years as a drilling operator and now manages operations in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is NGWA-certified in air rotary drilling.

General Manager of Water Treatment - Kyle Napierata
manages all operation s of LaFramboise Water Services, Inc. He is a certified Water Specialist which is one of the highest professional designations on the water treatment field as awarded by the Water Quality Association. He is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University.
